Return of the goods

1. As a consumer, you have in accordance with the law § 1829 civil. act. the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of goods.

Withdrawal from the contract will send the buyer to the seller to e-mail address shop@atonlight.com, together with the enclosed copy of the original invoice for the goods, and the exact identification of the bank account to which he requests a refund. In case of transfer of funds outside the Czech Republic, complete bank details including IBAN and SWIFT are required. In case of transfer of funds outside the European Union, the buyer needs to pay all expenses of foreign banks – shared bank charges (SHA) will be used for these payment.

3. If the buyer withdraws from the contract, the buyer sends to the seller the goods received from him within 14 days without undue delay.

4. The seller shall return to the buyer the funds received, including delivery costs, which he has received from him under the purchase agreement, within 14 days from receiving the buyer’s notice of withdrawal. However, the seller is not obliged to return the funds received to the buyer before the goods are returned to the buyer, or does not receive proof that it has been returned.

5. All costs associated with returning the goods to the seller shall be covered in full by the buyer.

6. The buyer shall be fully liable to the seller for any reduction in the value of the returned goods resulting from the buyer’s handling of these goods. Goods must be returned to the seller in unused, undamaged and complete condition, in the original packaging.

7. The buyer cannot withdraw from the contracts specified in § 1837 of the law no. 89/2012 Coll.

Recommended shipping method to the supplier (Aton Ltd.)

Send the goods with the invoice you received for the goods.

Pack the product thoroughly to avoid damage during the transport. Send the product complete, including any accessories that were included in the original package. Do not send cash on delivery – shipment will be rejected.
